It is individuals who develop their genius who lift a community or
an organization in the same way that a star athlete can lift and carry a team.
This book brings together short essays and intense creative
nonfiction blog posts (meaning “quick reads”) which focus on genius: what it
is, how to shape it and form it, how to face the headwinds with courage and
what gives “lift” to the Human Spirit.
Written to inspire, amuse and lead to practical action; these have
been used by the author in Waldorf faculty training, college-level classes and self-development
classes in maximum security prisons and jails alike. The world has said these
blog posts are inspiring because some of these drew hundreds of hits each by
readers from around the world.
The book concludes with a CALL TO ACTION introducing readers to
communities who have an affinity for one another, similar values and morals;
whose collective genius is adding lift to our Society.
